If you are installing casters, you will need a ½” or adjustable wrench. If you are roping on a liner, you will need a minimal amount of hand-eye coordination.
Unless specifically stated, all dimensions are outside dimensions. All wheeled product dimensions are measured with 2" casters.
Note: If you select 3" casters on a product page, please account for the additional 1" of product height.
Approximately 4 pecks (US) or 3.88 coombs (UK) or for the more traditionally minded, 2 kennings. For those who are less familiar with bushels, most standard laundry baskets are 2 BU capacity.

You might notice small holes in the canvas on your product. Believe it or not, they're intentional. These are called marking holes. They act as guidelines for the stitchers during the production process.

For canvas, carefully spot clean the area with soap and water. For steeletex (vinyl-coated nylon) spray with Simple Green (or degreaser) and wipe clean.

The largest baskets we can typically ship FedEx or UPS Ground are our 6 BU. baskets and trucks (excluding the #’s 50, 52, 60 & 62).

If you'd like to refer a friend, you can log in and navigate to your account page. If you scroll down, there will be an area for you to "Refer A Friend". You will be able to send your friend an email, copy the referral link, or share via Facebook and Twitter.
Once your friend places their order of $250 or more (pre-tax) with your referral code, you will receive 200 Steele Canvas Rewards points! This happens as soon as your friend's order is fulfilled and shipped out.
If your friend has placed their order but you're still not seeing your referral points, please contact us at info@steelecanvas.com or give us a call with your friend's name and email address! We'll check on their order and make sure you get your points.
I used a loyalty reward at checkout and then returned part of my order. Do I get those points back? If you only returned part of your order, you will receive a refund for what you paid for the item, but that portion of your rewards points will not go back into your account. Additionally, the points earned on the returned item will be deducted from your balance.
