Our products are made to order and typically ship from our facility in Wilmington, MA within 5-7 business days. Domestic shipments typically ship via FedEx or UPS Ground and occasionally USPS. We hope this never happens, but in the event you're unhappy with one of our products, we will issue a refund to the card used at purchase (minus the cost of shipping) as long as the product is returned in new condition within 30 days of arriving at your destination. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We will not be able to accept a return or issue a refund for any customized or personalized products.
