All of our products are made to order in our Massachusetts facility. Our standard lead time is 5-7 business days for most products. You will receive confirmation via email once your order enters our system and once your order has shipped from our facility. Return Policy

We hope this never happens, but in the event you're unhappy with one of our products, we will issue a refund to the card used at purchase (minus the cost of shipping) as long as the product is returned in new condition within 30 days of arriving at your destination.
