For canvas products, carefully spot clean the area with soap and water. If the stain still isn't budging try a diluted bleach solution. For Steeletex (vinyl-coated nylon) spray with Simple Green (or degreaser) and wipe clean. For wooden products, regularly wipe clean with a dry cloth to prevent moisture build up and longevity of life.

All of our products are made to order in our Massachusetts facility. Our standard lead time is 5-10 business days for most products. You will receive confirmation via email once your order enters our system and once your order has shipped from our facility. Domestic shipments typically ship via FedEx or UPS Ground and occasionally USPS. International shipment methods vary - please contact us for a quote. If you have a question about the delivery status of your order please send an email to info@steelecanvas.com. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Return Policy
We hope this never happens, but in the event you're unhappy with one of our products, we will issue a refund to the card used at purchase (minus the cost of shipping) as long as the product is returned in new condition within 30 days of arriving at your destination. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If you pay for the "free return coverage" when you place your order, your return shipping fee will be covered. Again the best!
"Quality is outstanding. As a mom of 2, it holds up a lot of stuff for heavy lifting. I need my hand to be free, and the strap is a savior. I have size small, but thinking to get medium for going to the beach. Shipping is free and fast! In total I have 3 items from Steele and very happy with all of them. I even took a risk to wash my canvas tote and it was successful. Of course I washed it on cold water with little detergent."

The perfect tote for grocery shopping
"Just the right size! This thing can hold a trip’s worth of groceries and more. As strong as it is made it can actually hold more than I can carry. I chose the regular length handles for ease of carrying since I don’t put the strap over my shoulder. Loaded with groceries, the long straps would make this awkward to carry by the handles since it would hang down too low. It always gets compliments at the store."

- Are the canvas totes washable? Plan to use them as reusable grocery bags and want to know if they could be washed if they got contaminated by meat, spilt milk, other drips and spills.
- We do not recommend washing the canvas as it could damage the integrity of the bag. We would suggest spot cleaning or trying one of our vinyl beach totes instead. The vinyl totes are water resistant and very east to wipe clean.
