Shipping & Delivery: Our products are made to order, with most items shipping from our shop in Chelsea, MA within 2-3 weeks of receipt of order. When possible, we typically ship within the U.S. via FedEx or UPS Ground. International shipment methods vary. We hope this never happens, but in the event you're unhappy with one of our products, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item (minus the original shipping charge) as long as the product is returned in new condition within 7 days of arriving at your destination. The buyer is responsible for all returns shipping fees. We will not be able to accept a return or issue a refund for any customized or personalized products.
