    Care

    For canvas products, carefully spot clean the area with soap and water. If the stain still isn't budging try a diluted bleach solution. For Steeletex (vinyl-coated nylon) spray with Simple Green (or degreaser) and wipe clean. For wooden products, regularly wipe clean with a dry cloth to prevent moisture build up and longevity of life.

    All of our products are made to order in our Massachusetts facility. Our standard lead time is 5-10 business days for most products. You will receive confirmation via email once your order enters our system and once your order has shipped from our facility. Domestic shipments typically ship via FedEx or UPS Ground and occasionally USPS. International shipment methods vary - please contact us for a quote. If you have a question about the delivery status of your order please send an email to info@steelecanvas.com. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

    Return Policy

    We hope this never happens, but in the event you're unhappy with one of our products, we will issue a refund to the card used at purchase (minus the cost of shipping) as long as the product is returned in new condition within 30 days of arriving at your destination. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If you pay for the "free return coverage" when you place your order, your return shipping fee will be covered. We will not be able to accept a return or issue a refund for any customized or personalized products. Please click HERE to initiate a return request.

    "I have several. Some I use for the beach and the black is used as my overnight bag. Great contructuon and durability. Love the holes in the bottom for sand to drain out. The fact that I have 5 of these bags in different colors should speak for itself. I just ordered 16 of them to give as Christmas gifts this year !"

    Hey there, does this "Medium Size" tote (17" x 17" x 7") have a zip top closure, and is there a "Large Size" available (if so, how much $$$$). Thanks.
    Hi Jerry, We don't currently make larger beach totes. As far as zip top totes, you can find them at our retail partner Mark & Graham. Thanks
