For canvas products, carefully spot clean the area with soap and water. If the stain still isn't budging try a diluted bleach solution. For Steeletex (vinyl-coated nylon) spray with Simple Green (or degreaser) and wipe clean. For wooden products, regularly wipe clean with a dry cloth to prevent moisture build up and longevity of life.

All of our products are made to order in our Massachusetts facility. Our standard lead time is 5-10 business days for most products. You will receive confirmation via email once your order enters our system and once your order has shipped from our facility. Domestic shipments typically ship via FedEx or UPS Ground and occasionally USPS. International shipment methods vary - please contact us for a quote. Return Policy
We hope this never happens, but in the event you're unhappy with one of our products, we will issue a refund to the card used at purchase (minus the cost of shipping) as long as the product is returned in new condition within 30 days of arriving at your destination. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If you pay for the "free return coverage" when you place your order, your return shipping fee will be covered. "I’m very pleased with the Steele Canvas log carrier and frame. The materials from which the carrier is made has a great feel and weight, and the overall design appears to be very robust. I like the fact that the handles pass underneath to reduce chance of failure. The high wear points (handles and carrier bottom) are covered in leather to ensure long life. Aesthetically, the colors of each material go well together. The frame is very sturdy. The forming of the metal is very precise, and the coating looks great. The design of the frame seems well thought out, as it is easy to set the loaded log carrier down into position. It feels great to purchase American made items, especially when the items exceed expectations. I look forward to using my new log carrier and frame for years."
