They said lots of pockets (this bag has 9); comfortable handles (our leather grips feel as nice as they look); a hands free option (the sewn in shoulder strap trumps clunky hardware); something that looks good, isn't afraid to get dirty and will get the job done. Care

For canvas products, carefully spot clean the area with soap and water. If the stain still isn't budging try a diluted bleach solution. For Steeletex (vinyl-coated nylon) spray with Simple Green (or degreaser) and wipe clean. For wooden products, regularly wipe clean with a dry cloth to prevent moisture build up and longevity of life.

Shipping

All of our products are made to order in our Massachusetts facility. Our standard lead time is 5-10 business days for most products. You will receive confirmation via email once your order enters our system and once your order has shipped from our facility. Domestic shipments typically ship via FedEx or UPS Ground and occasionally USPS. International shipment methods vary - please contact us for a quote. If you have a question about the delivery status of your order please send an email to info@steelecanvas.com. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Return Policy

We hope this never happens, but in the event you're unhappy with one of our products, we will issue a refund to the card used at purchase (minus the cost of shipping) as long as the product is returned in new condition within 30 days of arriving at your destination. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If you pay for the "free return coverage" when you place your order, your return shipping fee will be covered. We will not be able to accept a return or issue a refund for any customized or personalized products. Please click HERE to initiate a return request.

Disappointed with the quality control.

"The first Steele Canvas Utility Tote I received had a damaged/defective leather handle. Customer service did send a replacement, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the replacement tote also arrived with stitching issues. At this point I’m just going to keep it to avoid dealing with another exchange and the hassle of shipping items back and forth again. I expected better consistency and craftsmanship, especially for a utility tote marketed as being made to carry tools and heavy-duty items."
