Each basket is made to order with a 5–10 business day production window, plus FedEx/UPS Ground transit time. Order early if you need it before move-in day.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Note that personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
We don't keep pre-made inventory. Every basket is built after you order. That means yours is made fresh, to spec, and worth the wait. Just don't wait too long if you have a move-in deadline.
