For canvas products, carefully spot clean the area with soap and water. If the stain still isn't budging try a diluted bleach solution. For Steeletex (vinyl-coated nylon) spray with Simple Green (or degreaser) and wipe clean. For wooden products, regularly wipe clean with a dry cloth to prevent moisture build up and longevity of life.

All of our products are made to order in our Massachusetts facility. Our standard lead time is 5-10 business days for most products. You will receive confirmation via email once your order enters our system and once your order has shipped from our facility. Domestic shipments typically ship via FedEx or UPS Ground and occasionally USPS. International shipment methods vary - please contact us for a quote. Return Policy
We hope this never happens, but in the event you're unhappy with one of our products, we will issue a refund to the card used at purchase (minus the cost of shipping) as long as the product is returned in new condition within 30 days of arriving at your destination. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If you pay for the "free return coverage" when you place your order, your return shipping fee will be covered. This is EXACTLY what I nweed -- no, what I really need is someone to come and fold all my laundry. How much for a personal srvant. Seriously, I ordered one before and after I folded the early tranch of clean laundry, it was empty and I thought I'd neveer need one so large so I gave it to my niece. Then I found that I DID need it, so ordered another one and my brother attached the wheels (right side down this time) and it's now full again. When I finally get all those clothes folded, I'll keep it for future use.

- Does this come fully assembled? How heavy a load can be carried? Does a third caster mean a bar with 2 casters in the middle on the bottom? Thank you
- Hi Kimmy, this truck would require you to attach casters (wheels). Each caster is rated to hold 75lbs, so the truck can certainly handle some bulk. The 3-inch casters offer you a bit more height. Some customers prefer the look of the truck with larger wheels. Thank you for reaching out!
