Install Instructions:
For canvas products, carefully spot clean the area with soap and water. If the stain still isn't budging try a diluted bleach solution. For Steeletex (vinyl-coated nylon) spray with Simple Green (or degreaser) and wipe clean. For wooden products, regularly wipe clean with a dry cloth to prevent moisture build up and longevity of life.
All of our products are made to order in our Massachusetts facility. Our standard lead time is 5-10 business days for most products. You will receive confirmation via email once your order enters our system and once your order has shipped from our facility. Domestic shipments typically ship via FedEx or UPS Ground and occasionally USPS. International shipment methods vary - please contact us for a quote. If you have a question about the delivery status of your order please send an email to info@steelecanvas.com. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
We hope this never happens, but in the event you're unhappy with one of our products, we will issue a refund to the card used at purchase (minus the cost of shipping) as long as the product is returned in new condition within 30 days of arriving at your destination. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If you pay for the "free return coverage" when you place your order, your return shipping fee will be covered. We will not be able to accept a return or issue a refund for any customized or personalized products. Please click HERE to initiate a return request.

"This shelf fits perfectly on the bottom of the truck and is really useful. I like to put folded towels there or random things I need to move from room to room that aren't laundry.
