Product #122 3BU: Size isn't everything. Although our Small Trucks might not be able to fit as much as some of our larger trucks, they are made with the same steel frame, tough Canvas body, flat steel along the bottom for added support and come on 2" non-marking TPR stem casters. For such solidly built trucks, they are surprisingly light weight and are just as at home hauling around tools and debris as they are toys and laundry.
For canvas products, carefully spot clean the area with soap and water. If the stain still isn't budging try a diluted bleach solution. For Steeletex (vinyl-coated nylon) spray with Simple Green (or degreaser) and wipe clean. For wooden products, regularly wipe clean with a dry cloth to prevent moisture build up and longevity of life.
All of our products are made to order in our Massachusetts facility. Our standard lead time is 5-10 business days for most products. You will receive confirmation via email once your order enters our system and once your order has shipped from our facility. Domestic shipments typically ship via FedEx or UPS Ground and occasionally USPS. International shipment methods vary - please contact us for a quote. If you have a question about the delivery status of your order please send an email to info@steelecanvas.com. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
We hope this never happens, but in the event you're unhappy with one of our products, we will issue a refund to the card used at purchase (minus the cost of shipping) as long as the product is returned in new condition within 30 days of arriving at your destination. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If you pay for the "free return coverage" when you place your order, your return shipping fee will be covered. "The truck looks nice and well built; however, it’s not as functional as I had imagined. The truck is too low and when moving it around with a load of clothes is painful (literally) as it’s killing my back as I have to bend down to do it. And I am not tall…!! Using the handles to pull doesn’t work as well either as it swings and bangs against walls/doorways and generally hard to navigate with the handles. I had to resort to just lifted the truck above ground like a basket which defeats the purpose of getting a nice hamper on wheels. I know there’s an elevated version, but it wouldn’t have fit under my counter space I custom built for it. Guess I should’ve tested it first somehow… too late now."
